We are hosting a free, deep-dive workshop on Advanced Task Types on September 10th and 11th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. EST each day.
This workshop is designed for experienced AppColl users who want to master advanced task type development and troubleshooting. Please note: This is an advanced-level course, and proficiency in AppColl’s task type functionality is required.
The workshop will be led by Gregg Hart, one of our AppColl experts, and will be hosted via GoToWebinar. Participants will receive a hard-copy workbook and digital files for hands-on exercises.

- Triggering tasks from Patent Center/TSDR Transactions
- Triggering tasks from e-Office Action emails
- Task types with “or if later” date options
- Task type workflow diagram
- Creating notification emails and calendar invites from task types
- Regenerate Tasks
- Attaching multiple task types to a Notification
- Adding text to task type titles
- Transient Events
- Generating billing items from a task type
- Pushing Multiple Dates for Cascading Task Types
- Auto-close states
- Default comments and default documents
